Amintas J. J. Moraes holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, a post-graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Dom Cabral Foundation and in International Business from Harvard Business School, and an MBA from the Hult International Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He was a founding partner of Parter Engenharia, Head of Development and Engineering at the Montes Claros cement factory and Director of the Association of Foundations of Minas Gerais. In addition to his management role at the TIP-Clinica, he is a director of two commercial companies.

Amintas J. J. Moraes hat einen Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen von der Bundesuniversität von Minas Gerais, ein postgraduales Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der Dom-Cabral-Stiftung sowie im Bereich International Business an der Harvard Business School absolviert. Zudem verfügt er über einen MBA der Hult International Business School in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Er war Mitgründer von Parter Engenharia, Entwicklungs- und Technikleiter des Zementwerks in Montes Claros sowie Direktor des Verbands der Stiftungen von Minas Gerais. Neben seiner leitenden Tätigkeit an der TIP-Klinik ist er zudem Geschäftsführer zweier Handelsunternehmen.
