About the person:
Dr. Rothmüller is a Senior Scientist at the Faculty of Psychology, Sigmund Freud Private University, with research expertise in the fields of gender and sexuality studies, social inequality, and mental health. Since 2019, she has been working on the development of feminist psychologies at women’s counseling centers in Austria. Currently she is conducting research on sexual desire, safer sexting, and sexual fluidity over the life course. Her publications appear in journals such as Psychology & Sexuality, Culture, Health & Sexuality, Sexuality Research & Social Policy, and Social Theory & Health. She received the Arlene Kaplan Daniels Award for Best Paper on Women and Social Justice by the Society for the Study of Social Problems at Montreal, Canada.
