Pankaj is a psychodynamic psychotherapist and researcher with a decade of experience. He currently serves as a psychotherapist at BML Munjal University, Gurgaon providing emotional and psychological support to the university community. His professional journey has involved working with diverse populations in various educational settings. He served as a psychologist at Shiv Nadar University, Greater Noida where he provided therapeutic support to students, staff and faculty. Prior to that, he worked as a school counselor at Heritage School, Delhi and as a school counselor and psychology teacher at CLG Gupta World School, Moradabad contributing to the mental health needs of young people..
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi and a Master's in Psycho-social Clinical Studies from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi. His research in the field has been recognized with the David Fiensilver Award from the International Approach to Psychological and Social Approach to Psychosis Society. He has also shared his research at conferences like ISPS, SCARF and INTAR, contributing to professional discussions within the field.

Derzeit arbeitet er als Psychotherapeut an der BML Munjal University in Gurgaon, wo er der Universitätsgemeinschaft emotionale und psychologische Unterstützung bietet.
