About me
About the person:
Mag.pth. Stefani Coric is a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst based in Vienna, specializing in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy with adults and couples. In her clinical work with clients from over 100 countries, she acquired deep insight into how cultural, religious, and social differences shape personal and relational dynamics.
Her clinical focus includes working with intercultural couples, exploring how political and social tensions, religious differences, and large-group cultural dynamics influence intimate relationships and family systems. Drawing on her psychoanalytic training, she helps couples uncover and work through unconscious patterns and conflicts that shape their relational dynamics, fostering greater understanding and connection.
Mag.pth. Stefani Coric is also a regular contributor to professional and public conversations on psychotherapy and societal issues, writing for various magazines and blogs. She regularly participates in panels and conferences, sharing insights from her clinical work.
At the World Psychotherapy Congress 2025, she will present "Navigating Societal Polarities in Couples Therapy: Challenges and Reflections from Clinical Practice," offering a psychodynamic perspective on how external societal divides manifest within intimate relationships.
